The project consists of the San Fermin Solar Project located in Loiza, Puerto Rico and was being developed by Caribbean Renewable Technologies (Seller). The project is a photovoltaic power system consisting of 80,000 solar panels with a total generating capacity of 20 MW. The project will be constructed on a 155 acre portion of a 202 acre site (Finca Virginia). 

ERP  completed a review of the documents provided by the seller for key permit conditions and project requirements identified in permits and reports issued for the San Fermin Solar Project and provided by the seller.
